Front desk service was great! Staff were friendly. Overall, the room was clean … but there was dried feces on the toilet so made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. It was late or I would’ve requested a different room. Ugh.

I always stay at that hotel when I come to Ohio but the fact that they charged my card $175.99 twice and then $85.99 the day we checked out saying it was pet fees when the lady already knew I had my kids and they brought their dogs to the room when they came to see us and was told at check it was fine but when I checked out they kept charging me is not ok….NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE or RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL NEVER EVER AGAIN SMH
