The worse was the elevator, too hot inside no ventilation n or no A/C. There was also a staff member in the lobby w/red hair African American she was not friendly at all. She should be demoted to cleaning rooms. Not at all approachable. Too serious like with an attitude like don’t bother me… ugh! My room was great (507) very clean and comfortable. Also Shamir (sorry I think I’m misspelling her name) but she did my booking very very nice lady. There was also two other young ladies that were very nice but can’t recall their names. One was a beautiful blonde lady and the other one was African American but wow I wish I could remember her name she did my final check-in. Very nice young lady.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ocean front rooms are great. Pool area is nice and BBs bar is a great. However parking lot is very small and the elevator is extremely hot. Area is very walkable with shops, restaurants and water park close.
