Let’s be honest, no one stays at a Motel 6 for the wonderful accommodations. The room was old and tired but everything worked. Plus it was clean and quiet. What was obnoxious was no shampoo was provided. After trying to call the front desk from the non-operational phone in the room, I went to front desk to let them know and was told they don’t provide shampoo. However, I could buy a travel sized tube for $2. Don’t cheap out on accepted essentials when the cost of them could easily be buried in the price of the room. Instead, that bottle of shampoo pissed of a customer who will likely never patronize this business again.

Waiting for 20 minutes because there was nobody at frontdesk twice. We couldn’t check in early and they didn’t have an available bathroom because nobody has cleaned them.

This place was not good at all. Dirty room, dirty towels, dirty clothes in the bathroom that obviously wasn’t ours. I was assigned a smoking room which was horrible because non of us smoke and on top of that i was charged an extra $70 for adding a third adult, when i was told it was gonna be $12(I talked to them weeks earlier). When I went to the front desk and literally showed her the message saying the $12 fee, she told me thats a mistake, it’s higher because of the activities of the weekend. My expectations were low before arriving and still got shocked by how low the overall experience was.

Staff was the only thing that went well. It was a Motel so I wasn’t expecting much, but I’m pretty sure I wanted a non-smoking room, I didn’t get it, and the room was mid.

Room was dirty and dingy. Very poorly kept up. Curtains were raggedy and did not block out the street lamp. Door locked, but rather large gaps also let in light. The floors were quite filthy will never stay here again and certainly do not recommend it-unless you just want and hour so…seemed like that kind of place

There were holes in the walls, rust around the bathroom doors and entry doors. Much of the furniture was swelled, chipped or broken. Looks like most of the furniture was particle board and swollen. We only got a bar if soap, no shampoo or anything. At 5'10", the shower head was about 1ft. shorter than me. The beds and linen were good. Considering our goal was just a place to sleep after our late flight arrival, it fit the bill, but it would have been nice to have some comfortable accommodations instead of just a step up from camping.

The rooms were dirty they smelled really bad. Beds were dirty with stains the mattress bed bug feces stains. The bathroom was nasty with dry feces on toilet seat. Dry urine stains on the bathroom floor.
