Was an amazing atmosphere! I loved the room and how clean it was. My kids loved the pool! The only issue we ran into was the Hot tub. That was gross and the jet weren’t functioning properly. Other than that it was an amazing vacation for my family and I!

Noise was a significant issue. The guests in the room above me were making a huge amount of noise late into the evening and early hours of the morning. It sounded like kids were jumping off the beds. It literally made everything in my room shake. I contacted the front desk but it does not seem like anything was done to request them to quiet down. It was a very restless evening. This is not the place to go if you’re looking for a quiet night.

Wish they would seperate adult reservation with those with families. We had a crying infant next door both nights. Plus kids running the halls. Maybe reservations with kids on 2nd floor, possibly one section of 3rd. Then reservations with no kids on the upper levels, that way you don't have them jumping and running above you.

Room was very nice and roomy. Room was not cleaned the first day we were there despite the fact that I was told at check-in our room would be cleaned daily, as long as the "do not disturb sign was not on the door"; had to get clean towels from the front desk and empty our own garbage. The second day our room got cleaned but when we returned to our room in the early evening, we found our door ajar -- so our room was unlocked and open to the public for who knows how many hours. Front desk staff did not seem that concerned when the incident was reported; just said they would report it to housekeeping.

Everything was nice and clean. The only concern I have with the hotel is they do not have a grab bar in the shower which is needed for safety, especially with senior citizens because the shower is in a bathtub that you have to step up high to get in and out with nothing to hold onto to for safety.

Lovely time

The hotel, restaurant, and room were great. Very clean and great service. The pool area looked shabby and there were tons of dead flies in the pool and hot tub. Seems odd for winter.
