Yes Sir, well first the room I booked wasn't the one I got. Instead of a king Suite I got a handicap room with a king bed. I was really looking forward to relaxing on the couch or lounger while on my laptop. there was just a regular chair. Second, I was trying to enjoy the hot tub in the evening after other customers were done, but the unit wasn't on. I found the switch on the wall but it didn't work. so I just sat in the warm water. just as I was getting out a man walked thru the pool area, never said a word to me, and locked the controls as he exited the pool. Now I'm not positive of the exact time, but when I got back to my room it was just after 10pm. I purposely went to the hot tub late because the sign on the door said the pool was open from 10am to 11pm. I was quite disappointed. I paid 78.00 for the room that was maybe worth what I had paid 56.00 the night before with no hot tub. but with the incredibly high tax and charges added it came to $103.00. The $56.00 room included the taxes and other charges. Now I'm not a rich man, but I don't mind paying more for nicer accommodations. But that didn't seem to be the case this time. Needless to say I left at 7am not impressed and really disappointed. What kind of a star rating would you give?
