I’m was able to get checked in great and my stay wasn’t too bad for 3 nights and 4 days. We did have younger kids above us that were making lots of noise starting at 6 am every day. I understand I have kids plus it was for thanksgiving week. Let all that slide not a problem. Come to check out day we are pulling sheets off bed to be nice to staff and make sure nothing is left behind. As we do this we find a bug in the sheets. Took a picture and went to front desk to speak with staff. No one was at the front desk so I had to wait almost 10 minutes. The lady in the front was nice. I showed her the bug she killed it and said I could have it back. She said a manager wasn’t going to be in till that afternoon at 3:30. It was 10:30 and I have to get on the road back home. Well I waited an no one bothered to call me back and my grandma just died so I don’t have time to be calling them for them to fix anything. So probably have bed bugs but I guess everything else was good.

I specifically picked this hotel because of the proximity to the Broncos stadium to make Uber rides easier. They gave our room away because we were the last ones to check in and there was a “flood”, we were 5 minutes from the hotel. Sent us to their sister hotel,Plaza Hotel, which was 20 minutes further away. The Plaza was a death trap! Holes in the bathroom ceiling, trash in the hallways, spray painted fridges and an ungodly smell of cigarette smoke. We missed the whole 1st quarter! I requested a call from a Comfort Suites manager and I have yet to receive one 3 weeks later. I paid the price for the Comfort Suites hotel which was double what the Plaza Hotel was listed. Not to mention the Plaza Hotel was further away from the stadium which made the Uber fees more expensive. Ruined what was supposed a great night with my best friend.

Check in was fine other than a call asking if we still wanted our room at 7pm. We were travelling to get there and the room had already been confirmed and paid. Then my 4 year old daughter fell standing in the shower. She cut her chin open severely enough to require medical attention. I stopped at the desk to ask directions to a hospital - exciting stuff at 10pm on Saturday night in Denver. We spent several hours in the ER, returned, and asked for a late check out for my obviously distraught toddler. There was no concern whatsoever for us or her, and no late check out without paying more. Very frustrating. Weve stayed in this hotel 4 or 5 times already but will look for other options in the future.

We love this hotel. Location is wonderful and close to Empower field & other downtown venues. The rooms are clean & very spacious. Free parking is definitely another plus! Water pressure for the shower was poor but a minor issue. I would definitely give this hotel a 9.5 out of 10.

The staff was so nice and helpful, they were very welcoming. But the hotel, itself, wasn’t great. The room had an awful smell- like someone sprayed awful febreeze to cover up a smoker room. When I called the front desk to see about getting a non-smoking room, they shared the whole hotel is non-smoking and that’s just how the room smells. The bathroom had cracks in the floor, the shower door was about to fall off, and we saw a bug crawling across the floor. The breakfast was a typical buffet style breakfast.
