Horrible stay.

The air conditioner in room 205 is so noisy that there is no way anybody could sleep through it. It's like having a truck parked in your room with the engine idling and every 15 minutes they sound the horn, so noisy is the heater when the thermostat switches it on. If you don't switch the heater on freezing cold air from the outside blows constantly through the vent into the room making it like a fridge. I was awoken at 10 am by hammering in the room above. Apparently the maintenance people couldn't wait until noon for guests to check out before they started hammering. I called down to reception and they phoned them and asked them to stop. They did, for one minute and then started again. I decided to get up an hour early and have a shower because of all the noise. On doing so I discovered that one of my "clean" towels was smeared with what appeared to be excrement. I spoke to the manager who offered me some Hilton Honors points. I declined.

Comfortable and convenient

The hotel was clean and comfortable - we arrived at 2:30am due to flight delays, the hotel was very close to the airport and we were checked in quickly. There is a Starbucks in the lobby that was very welcome the next morning. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly

This was a great hotel to fly in / out of. Alison was very helpful when I called for directions to their shuttle at the airport. The person at the front desk was also kind. I didn’t love the sandwich had at their onsite restaurant, but that’s ok! I came during the Super Bowl and everyone was very kind and helpful. Gym was also nice! If you’re flying to Denver for a quick work trip, this is a great hotel.
