Shuttle no go

The Airport shuttle never showed up, which was the whole reason for the stay near DIA. Ordered an uber and made the flight, but the nice lady at the front desk said it happened yesterday, so I think they need to look into that issue.

Maybe Hotels.com isnt worth it

I used hotels.com to book this reservation to see my daughter for the weekend. I am retired and on a tight budget and when I checked into this hotel they charged me an additional $150 because I used a third party to book my reservation. I believe that this practice is wrong and I was not expecting this additional expense and it made my weekend rather tight. It was disappointing to be charged $150 more than the reservation that I had already paid for. I probably will stop using hotels.com if this is going to be the case every time I use it

Surprised

We stayed at the Westminster, Colorado location earlier in the week and was very nice (2nd time within a few weeks). Regarding the Denver airport location, I was surprised we were provided a small suite with a kitchenette......Staff was great and hotel was clean. Will continue to stay at Hyatt House properties across the country. Very impressed with Hyatt House properties. Very consistent properties with great staff and very clean... Value has also been very good. Congrats.
