Although a bit farther from the airport than Tower Road hotels, this property is extra nice. Large room with sitting area, mini fridge and microwave, comfortable bed, quiet. Feels like an upgrade from many hotels in the price range.

The stay was okay. the only reason we stayed here was because we had a delayed flight over night and was super close to the airport. A positive thing about this hotel was they offer a free shuttle from and to the airport and runs every 45 min to be fair for everyone who has a flight. the staff were nice, i wish they explained the shuttle a little more to people who have never experienced a free shuttle ride. The things that weren’t so great during the stay was the shower turning off after it being on for 3 minutes. as well as the room kind of smelt like gas or something electrical was on and running for hours. wasn’t completely sure where it even came from and already had a stressful night and just wanted to sleep. the breakfast was okay can’t complain about something that was free. i really liked how they also had a tea/ coffee bar. overall it was a good place to stay if you have a delayed flight, but would not continue to stay if i went to visit.

Stayed here and booked a 5:30 am airport shuttle. Arrived to the lobby at 5:31 am (with our infant) and the shuttle had already left without us. No one attempted to contact us despite knowing we were supposed to be on that shuttle, nor did the front desk person tell us to arrive early when scheduling. Will not stay here again, especially if I want to get to my flight on time.
