The rooms did not have any USB outlets at all- only electrical plugs- bring your own adapters! Restaurant said it was 7 am- 9 pm was not true- tried to order lunch and the staff said “I can’t cook and be a receptionist at the same time. You need to wait until more staff comes in. What???!!!???

First, the staff was sincerely amazing. I had to be moved twice because whatever they did to clean on floor 11 and 10 was the most putrid floral, I just jumped directly into a giant box of carpet deodorizer and am doing the backstroke. Nausea and instant headache. The desk moved me to floor 8 with an amazing city view. The hallway smelled like paint fumes, but the room was fine. I truly appreciate the staffs willingness to move me around as I would not have been able to stay there otherwise. The area itself seems kinda sketchy. Definitely NOT in Cherry Creek. Again- STAFF WAS AMAZING.

Overall, it was a good experience. Rooms were clean, complete with needed amenities, staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was good. My only suggestions would be for the breakfast to stay open a little later, especially on weekdays and I thought the parking charge was excessive for an open area parking lot. Would be nice for parking to be included. Otherwise, happy with our stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast options were standard for Hyatts, which I think are better than most chains, so options were good. Close to a really cute area with restaurants. Room was spacious. My view wasn’t of the mountains but I know they offer that in the room selection process. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was great and the rooms were okay. They did not get our reservation right but gave us a nice room. The front desk staff, while friendly, seemed to be bored with their job. I did not like the added $15 charge for parking or the $100 incidental upfront charge. Although the location for us is great and good breakfast we probably will not stay there again.
