The hotel was great other than no hot water during our entire stay. This was extremely frustrating. We spent one night to attend a concert at Red Rocks. At check in there was no hot water but we were not informed during check in. Received text that evening that the hot water was operating again. Yaya! Returned from concert and no hot water and still none by 8:30am. Sure would have loved a shower before catching a flight home! Another guest told me that it happens at this hotel often. Eek! Other than this, the hotel was great… but no hot water is a bit off a deal breaker. The pillows are also very thick… I had to sleep with my sweatshirt as a pillow.

Staff - especially dining and bar area were not service oriented, had a "I'm doing you a favor by even helping " attitude rather than a customer service mentality. Disappointing for a nice place. Decor is top notch. Room design was excellent.
