Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Coming home from an 18 hour flight with my kids just to show up to the hotel for them to tell me the room type I have reserved is sold out. That me and my kids can sleep in one king bed or they can sleep on the floor basically. Offered two pillows and a blanket no refunds no apologies. Absolutely disgusted with this hotel 10 out of 10 do not recommend. If it weren’t already 1130 at night, I would have just left and found a new hotel but they would not refund me either.

Knowing we would miss our connection from DIA I made a reservation before leaving our first airport. We were able to get right in. We did not have some toiletries but the hotel provided them. The room was very clean and this is either a new hotel or recently remodeled. Just a heads up, the oatmeal at the breakfast was watery and tasteless. Don’t get it!

My flight was cancelled so I got a room at 8:26. Paid for it with Apple Pay then was informed when I got to the hotel that I needed a card and that they couldn’t refund me since I was past check in when I booked the reservation well after 3!

Very disappointed regarding your shuttle service. We got to level 5, door 512, island 3. Waited in 53 degree weather for 15 minutes. The shuttle was packed and took off without the 10 people who were waiting. About 50 minutes later the next one arrived, while 2-3 shuttles of EACH of your COMPETITORS came by to pick up people. We fought to get into the bus. It left another 15+ people waiting in the cold. Why did you not have more shuttle service!! Your competition did. Next time I will rent a room from them. Many other people felt the same.
