We reserved two rooms for two nights each. There were multiple worn, visibly dirty, or broken items in each room - the desk chairs, the lighting in the coffee area, the sofa cushions, etc... The Staff is also disengaged to the point of rudeness, both on the phone and in person, and not the least bit helpful when guests ask questions or make requests. The location is convenient (Children's Hospital), but honestly that is the only good reason to book here.

Needs Improvement

Ck in was simple. Friendly my young man Have warm welcome and invitation to help our selves to coffee and tea. Coffee was cold. Decaf was empty. Hot water was cold. No herbal teas, only caffeinated. He said there was decaf in the rom. There was not. Rom temps was 58 dégrées. Outside was 14 dégrées. Took 3 hrs to get room temp to 67. Roms that are désignâtes to pré ck in clients should be warm by ck in.

We have always wanted to stay here because of the convenience to the hospital but it always seemed to be so expensive. This time it was within our budget so we tried it. It was very nice. Nice room and everything was clean and well kept. We would love to stay here every time we have ointments at CU medical
