The proximity of this hotel to many downtown activities (theater) was wonderful! The rooms were clean. The breakfast was complete and warm. The staff was friendly and the exercise center was small but well furnished. Our room had a wonderful kitchen. We parked in the parking lot across the street (although there was parking onsite). It was convenient and well lit.

Staff both evenings were awesome, especially the young African-American girl. But the $55 ride to the airport was promoted as up to 6 people. Ride came and it was only for 4.

Your front desk checked us in stating our dogs were fine, we walked them by several times Then 8 pm stated we needed to sign form that wed pay $300 for additional dogs. We stated we would just leave and after a heated debate that we needed to sign form we packed, and left, i hope for a refund but doubt i will get one. Staff was terrible rude and would not let us speak w manager! without a word. And then

Fine for the price, but needs work overall. Good location, walking distance to many things. Good breakfast. Pool and hot tub were fine for my needs. But I got a suite with a kitchen. When I arrived, there were ZERO plates, utensils, pots and pans. I called the desk and threy brought one plate, one bowl, and one fork, spoon, and butter knife. Also when I arrived one of the elevators wasn't working. Though it was fixed same day. And like others said, there’s not much parking. I got a spot, but I arrived early. Staff was nice and friendly. Good for a night or two.

Friendly front staff. Plentiful breakfast options. Suite did look a little bigger in pictures but was still just right for our needs. Easy walking distance access to restaurants and shopping. You do have to pay for parking, but that wouldn't stop me from returning.
