I paid for a hotel room overlooking the mountains from my room. All we could see is buildings. Even paid extra online to get the view and it wasn’t there as stated.

I needed to do some business and the one computer they had available did not have internet. The office manager said he would help, but wasn't able to help me complete the task. This was very inconvenient, but did not detract from the other great amenities of the hotel. I would stay there again.

If you have to stay in or near downtown Denver, i highly recommend this property. The staff are very professional and super friendly. We loved the amenities (who has free laundry facilities anymore?). From the full breakfast buffet to the complimentary drinks and appetizers during social hour (M-W) every expectation was exceeded. If I had to give a negative review, the only thing we ever complained about was the street noise (expect sirens and loud cars/motorcycles every night) but that is beyond the control of the hotel. There is no free parking so if you have a car, expect an additional charge. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you Staybrook Suites Downtown Denver for your kind hospitality

This location to the historical area of Denver and government buildings of Denver was absolutely perfect! Easy walking distance. Our room was large, and clean. I would definitely recommend it. I did actually need a computer for some business. I could not do on my phone. The public computer was not working at all. No Internet access, no printer capabilities.

The carpets are very dirty old and gross. Its weird. They updated everything in the room, except for the old, dated, filthy gold carpets and gold drapes. It doesnt match at all and is bizarre looking against the modern updates that they did do. The bed was comfortable. The location is great. The parking is 30 dollars per day. Breakfast is your average hotel breakfast.

One of My Best Hotel Experiences

My time at Staybridge Suites was amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. They were friendly and provided me with a list of things to do in Denver. They offer a tasty complimentary breakfast and evening social event 3 days a week. They have a great gym and their rooms are well designed. They even have full fridges, a microwave, and cutlery in the rooms! The hotel is also in a great location. One of the top 3 hotels I have ever stayed at!
