I booked a room with a tub and I assumed it was the jacuzzi tub, and it wasn’t. The check in was fast, the building only had one elevator working and that was a little irritating since the wait was long and the elevator was full, which didn’t feel safe. We did have to walk five flights of stairs to bypass the elevator once. The room they gave us had a street light right in front of our window and it was super bight we tried our best to close the curtains to make it comfortable enough to sleep. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the bed didnt have a comforter basically just three sheets. There wasn’t no switch in the bathroom to vent when showering. The food tasted okay.

On NYE the elevators were not working and we were on the very highest floor. Not convenient at all. Staff, however, tried their best to get it fixed. They were very nice and worked hard all night.
