Booked a handicap assessable room, why would they be located on any other floor than the 1st. If a fire happened how would someone in a wheelchair take the 4 flight of stairs to get out of building? Also shower head for hand held was broke, and the seat for the tub but no way to keep water from running off seat onto floor as curtain doesn’t cover it cause seat sticks to side of tub. Kind of little things but some safety things to keep in mind when accommodating handicap people.

Floor 3 reaked of human waste, elevators smelled disgusting as well. Pool was closed for maintenance, kids weren’t happy.

We stayed at this property for the first time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get in until late, so we didn’t get as much time to spend here. Typically I don’t do a review but I didn’t want to pass up the chance. If you are debating if you should stay here….I at BOOK IT! This was one of the very best places I have ever stayed. It was a beautiful facility, very clean and well-kept. I left feeling like I can’t wait to visit again! In fact, we decided to stay and extra night, but there were not open room, so we had to move another hotel….and I was sad because this other hotel (newer and more expensive) was horrible. This one set the bar pretty high, so it is no wonder we didn’t like any other one we went to. The only thing I didn’t care for was the pillows. My husband slept great and really thought all was exceptional. Give it a try….I think you will be very pleased! Thanks for a great stay!
