Our room smelled like raw sewage. My sister booked a double room and they were very rude in saying even though she paid extra for a double they aren’t guaranteed. She ended up in a suite but it still only had one bed. My brother and his wife had multiple attempts of people coming into their room, tv turning on in the middle of the night. Front desk said when they finally called to inquire about why they kept checking out their room “sometimes the system just does that” No apologies were offered for the multiple bad experiences.

The hot water was not properly working. Shower water was cold. Roach was in the lobby area. The room was nice and the staff was very pleasant.

Wouldnt recommend staying here. Wife checked in and unfortunately there were some issues with the room. She asked the staff to switch, which they were able to accomodate but the same issues existed in the second room. They tried a third room but seems they didnt relaize there was already someone in the room. My wife asked for a refund but they advised she would need to discuss it with the manager in the morning. Manager stated their policy is no refunds for cancellations regardless of reason. Hlshould you decide to stay, i hope you dont have any issues with your room because they arent going to provide you a refund.

Great Hotel

This hotel was very nice, clean, in great, safe location & close enough to I-35. Good continental breakfast and altho I can't comment on the coffee, there is a Starbucks just around the corner. Would recommend and would stay again.
