Check in was fast & easy, the building needs to be updated, CLEANED better, the building smells wet and moldy down by the pool. The pool with the pirate ship was very dirty and slimey feeling.

We arrived around 3:50 but couldn’t get a room until 6. I waited in the lobby for 2 hours. I feel bad because they’re short staffed, they need more help. There were no bartenders and servers at the restaurant inside.

I wish i had a better experience. The staff very friendly and trying thier best . But as for the property waiting most your stay when check in is at 4 and dont get the room until close 7pm . No light bulbs the lamps and zero warm water . No clean fresh towles available for rooms . Kind of a bummer for the price being pool side bottom floor . This property really needs to it figure out it really shouldnt have been this way .

The restaurant in the property was under new ownership. The food was pretty terrible for diner and the breakfast was worse. The majority of the water park was closed every day other then Friday and Saturday. The only pool open wasn't heated.

There was a huge fight of 30 people plus in the police had to come and alcohol was involve and still being served Me and my kids were in the pool area at that time. My kids were scared and wanted to leave. We felt unsafe and we felt like our stay wasn’t important to staff I really wanted a refund for the whole stay

Absolutely no hot water in room 405. Staff was notified, nothing was done. States they would try to take some money off of our bill--it didn't happen.Rooms are pretty neglected. Sheets had stains. Tiles coming up on the floor in the bathroom. Black stains (maybe mold) on the ceiling above refrigerator area.
