Good but not great

Room aged but comfortable. Carpet and ironing board cover dirty. Toilet squealed loudly as it filled the tank with water. Bathroom door squeaked when opening and closing. Room service only if requested the night before. Elevator was out of service during our visit but we had first floor room. Personnel was awesome.

This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had in a while. The room smelled, sheets weren’t available for the pull out couch, the phone was disconnected, the highway noise was excessive due to thin walls, and the neighbors were loud enough to keep us up until 2 am.

Arrived late after traveling all day with my 69 year old friend and was not allowed to check in to sleep a few hours into the room I had already paid for after being severely delayed in our travels. Had to sleep outside in the car. The staff was unreasonable.

We had to change rooms because the room we booked had animal hair on the coach, stains on the headboard, the floor wasn't vacuumed and the shower curtain smelled like mildew. The lady at the frount desk was nice and understanding and got us a new room, but after we opened the curtains that room had coffee stains on the wall. We also noticed there were holes in the bed sheets and the shower curtain smelled like mildew. We had a maintenance worker walk in our room without knocking and was shocked to see us in the room. He said he didn't know anyone was staying in the room and someome called about a leak by the window. We never called about a leak and we also had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and the TV was on in the room, so not sure how he didn't know someone wasn't in the room. Also there was a car show that weekend at the fairgrounds and we got to see some really cool old school cars in the parking lot. The only problem was that the parking lot was taken over by the car show people. They had lawn chair blocking off empty parking spaces and setup in the middle of the parking lot making it difficult to park and drive around them to get into a parking space. Overall this hotel was in a great location but they needs to work on cleanliness and upgrades to the hotel. We will never stay here again.

We had 3 night stay to visit family in area close by. Room service on request only. Bathroom had mold on walls by shower and tile floors. Carpet was dirty with left over food, paper, etc. Bedding was covered with nice pretty coverlette. The blankets ragged and torn underneath .Need replaced. Front desk not friendly argued with me when i complained. Finally asked what are u going to do for your customer Food was not great. Asked for refund but have to give 24 hrs notice not to be charged. Will not stay here again. Do no recommend this to anyone. Stuck with 300 bill. Never again

Hot tub was warm at best. Pool was cold. They only provided by request housekeeping. The night before I had to fill out a form if i wanted housekeeping to do anything. No form, housekeeper would not come to the room. Breakfast was fair. This was the first hotel I ever stayed at that did not have a dresser. 1 night fine, i was there for a week, so not convenient.

Property was clean. Basic rooms. The pillows are the tiny cushion sized ones, bring your own pillows. The coffee pot and ice bucket are in the bathroom which is odd. That has to be against a code. The hot tub was so gross. Pool was fine, just cold. Our tv remote didnt turn the tv off OR on, and had basic cable so only a few channels. Bathroom door wouldnt latch. Night one all I heard ALL night was people racing up and down the road. Night 2 someone slammed their door repeatedly for hours. Front desk person was great. Front entrance was clean. Rooms were clean. Would I stay again? Probably not. Not having a working tv or bathroom door was an issue, and I've stayed in better places for the same price.

I enjoyed my time here, it was a bit dirty around the pool, the gym needs to be redone, most of the equipment is broken. I almost fell on the treadmill. The breakfast was delicious and always warm. I enjoyed that.
