Pelican Beach Resort on ihanteellinen perhelomakohde, joka sijaitsee kauniin Destinin sydämessä, aivan rannalla. Olemme sijaitsee suoraan kadun toisella puolella Big Kahunan vesipuistosta. Minuutin päässä ruokakaupoista, elokuvateatterista, Fishbowl Bowling-kadulta ja ostosmahdollisuuksista. Suuri tehdasmyymälä Silver Sands on 7 mailia itään. Destin Commonsin ulkokäyttöön tarkoitettu ostoskeskus on Mid Bay Bridgen ja Hwy 98: n kulmassa. Sillä on valtava elokuvateatterikompleksi, Hard Rock Cafe ', Bass Pro -kalastusliike, Johnnie Rockets, kaunis ulkona. Useita upeita golfkenttiä alueella. Syvänmerenkalastus on oikealla kadulla!

Pelican Beach Resort tarjoaa (lämmitetyt) sisä- ja ulkouima-altaat, kahluu-altaan lapsille, saunan, porealtaan ja höyryhuoneen. This condo DOES NOT have a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin laundry by the elevator. I would have brought extra towels if I knew there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was nice. It was decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable. The view was amazing. I liked that the two TVs in the unit were smart TVs so we were able to login to Disney and Netflix.

Great experience always is now one thing I would like to bring to the attention of the building is when on the balconies you can not hear the fire alarm my child had to come tell us there was a fire alarm going off to evacuate everyone was out safe but maybe put alarms on the other side of the building

The Condo itself was clean. We had issues with the TV. Cable did not work. Owner was helpful and easy to reach, but COX rep could not come until the 5 day of our stay, therefore we had no tv most of the trip. Pelican Resort is extremely large. Beach service is available, but be prepared to be on the 4 or 5 row, where you are unable to even see the ocean or feel a breeze. You can bring your own chairs, but you have to set up behind all of the beach service chairs/umbrellas. Elevators were a disaster. Wait time was unreal. Condo was nice, but location and resort- were overcrowded for us!

Let me say I never leave reviews and I wasn’t going to leave this one but I’m tired of being disappointed. Beach was nice, but really crowded and condo guest may only stay within the marked areas which is a small space. Condo needs some updates, air conditioning makes a terrible loud noise the whole time, musty smells throughout condo. Cable stopped working. Hair on towels that weren’t ours. Mold on ceilings near vents. Toilet didn’t flush almost every time. Health department shut down the pool as it didn’t meet standards, it was cloudy and not cared for. The elevators didn’t work for the first three days we were there. Wristbands are equivalent to hospital bands. Extremely loud condo building, can hear everything above, below, next to and outside your doors at all times. Woke up to trucks and workers cleaning the garbage shoot at 7am. Just overall not a great experience or vacation, unfortunately we will not be returning. Maybe we have high standards but at any rate when you pay over 3000 for a place I feel like it should be better.

This condo was perfect! We will definitely stay here, again. It was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. It had a beautiful view of the ocean. We are a family of 3, but it would comfortably fit 4-6 people. This is our third stay at this property. It’s great! It’s safe, the pools are great, love the tiki bar and beach service. This is our favorite vacation spot in Florida.

Amazing!!

The unit was amazing! Great views, close to everything, clean, and the owner was absolutely awesome. I’ve stayed in many different condos on the beach throughout my life, but this was one was by far the best. I highly recommend booking this unit if you get a chance. You won’t be disappointed!

Beach Bliss

This beach home away from home was cleanly and well stocked. No detail is spared. The check in was easy, the beds were comfortable and the view is gorgeous. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any beach lover!

Perfect family getaway!!

From the moment we inquired about the property until the moment we left, the experience was seamless and couldn’t have gone better for us! It was clean, well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and everything that our family of 4 needed. Being on the fourth floor was perfect as we could use the stairs to easily get to the pool/beach and avoid the busy elevators when needed. The view was amazing and we were able to see dolphins in the morning as we ate breakfast on the balcony. The bunkbeds were as much of a highlight for the kids as the sand and ocean were . All beds were super comfy! Ashley makes sure to provide you with all of the information needed (in a very nicely done pdf brochure) to help you enjoy Destin to its fullest, and she answers any questions by text promptly. The property has 2 pools, and a tiki bar right by the pools and beach to grab drinks for the adults and snacks or fun virgin drinks for kids! The cafe is great to have for breakfast, lunch and buying any fun gear for the ocean (sand toys, towels, body boards, etc)! Pelican Beach was the perfect location to get anywhere we wanted within 5-10 minutes, while also having everything on site if you don’t want to go anywhere! Highly recommend!!

Relaxing and Calming

Our stay was just what we needed. The condo was nicely decorated and the view was excellent. The owners were great. The refrigerator did not work but the owners had a mini fridge sent the next day. Whoever tried to fix the refrigerator left the door to the condo open. We noticed the door open when we walked up. Other than this, we had a great time.

Quick getaway

We love this condo. This is our second time staying in this unit. It’s a perfect location. Very pretty condo and has everything you need. We love to sit out and watch for dolphins from the balcony. We will always stay in this unit. The host is quick to respond and very thorough from check-in to check-out.

Heaven on the Destin beaches

My husband and I stayed at this property for a little week getaway and absolutely fell in love with it! Perfect location in town, perfect view of the beach, loved all of the amenities at this resort! Best breakfast and lunch at the onsite café and the best service at the tiki hut and on the beach! We are planning a trip back to this condo with our entire family next Summer! Thank you Ashley for being such an amazing host and so easy to work with!

Fantastic property and owner!

This was just a short 3 day stay over the 4th for our family on the way back from Disney. The owner was fantastic and so accommodating in her communications. The property had multiple pools, a pool bar with snacks, and the beach and ocean were perfect as always. Amazing view from the balcony with everything you could need, and beach set up was available and easy to book! We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

The condo was amazing and perfectly as described. The host was wonderful and check in was so easy. I really appreciated the food recommendations our host sent us it made it so much easier than having to look into places. Our children appreciated the extra beach toys left and the beach umbrella. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
