Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project, which includes work on all balconies and walkways throughout the property. Renovations are taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have blocked off units that are directly affected, but some guests may still experience occasional floor grinding noise and light dust as the work progresses.
Project Updates:
* Balconies ending in 01 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 19.
* Balconies ending in 02 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 14.
* Floors 2 and 3 are closed and scheduled to reopen by February 28.
* The penthouse (PH) floor is tentatively scheduled for resurfacing from November 26–December 4, 2026. Light construction noise and dust may be present during this time.
* Roof work is tentatively scheduled from April through July 2026. While no major disruptions are expected, the timeline may shift due to weather conditions.

Clean and elegant, this condo features a seaside theme that feels elevated but still family-friendly. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool inside. The lovingly decorated full kitchen features a French door fridge and a breakfast bar that seats two guests. Of course, in addition to everything at this condo, guests can enjoy access to two shared pools (one heated seasonally), a seasonal snack shack, a shared outdoor shower, and a shared fitness room during their stay.

Free high-speed WiFi and cable. Full kitchen with a dishwasher. Flat path to the front door. Gated entrance. Elevator in the building. The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. The HOA does not allow any trailers, campers, scooters, golf carts, boats, or anything else of that nature to park on the property. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
