Whether discovering Destin & Miramar Beach for the 1st time or returning, we look forward to welcoming you to a piece of paradise along the Emerald Gulf Coast of the Florida Panhandle. Stroll to the beach to feel the sugar-white sand between your toes & admire the crystal-clear waters to absorb a dose of Vitamin D. Take a break from building sandcastles & return to pamper yourself at the swimming pool. If you still have some energy to burn after a great run on the beach, challenge the group to a game of tennis, volleyball, or basketball.



Our spacious 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo is located on the 3rd Floor of a 7-story tower. You can use the elevator or stairwell. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a private ensuite bathroom and the Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds with a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Take in the fresh coastal sea breeze on the private balcony with 2 chairs for relaxing.



The dining room has seating for (6) and the living room has seating for (8). The open floor plan allows for everyone to converse throughout the kitchen, dining room & living area. The floor to ceiling windows & sliding glass doors off the living room offers natural sunlight to fill the room and the private balcony provides a private area to sit outside & snuggle up with a great book or your favorite libation. The kitchen is equipment with a refrigerator with ice maker, electric stovetop and oven, dishwasher & microwave. If you choose to BBQ, the community grills are located on the ground level.



The Master Bedroom has a king bed, (2) closets, flat screen TV, ceiling fan with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Guest Bedroom #2 is furnished with (2) Queen Beds with an ensuite bathroom with a step-in tub/shower combo. The bedroom has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and two nice sized closets. The living room provides additional sleeping accommodations with a queen sleeper sofa.



The Sandos Beachside café and bar is now open, Wednesday through Sunday. Coffee, breakfast pastries and sandwiches are served downstairs from 7am to 1pm. The upstairs bar is open from noon to 7 pm.



The laundry facility with full sized washers and dryers are conveniently located on each floor, just steps across the hall from the unit.



Walking, hiking & biking trails are easily accessed along with water activities offered throughout Miramar Beach & Destin. If fishing is your game, Destin is known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” & claims to have the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida.



On a final note, the condo is a self-check-in residence with a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys. Great property

Our family had a great time at this property. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the basketball, volleyball courts and pool while the adults were just across the road at the beach. There was someone cleaning the downstairs lobby area daily, and the outside of the premises is well kept. My only complaint was that the sofa bed still had a blanket in it with a piece of someone’s eye glasses. I did reach out to the unit mgr and was given new blankets. Overall the unit was clean and check in:check out procedures were simple & easy. There is a coffee/sandwich shop on site as well which was a hit. We will definitely be back in the future.

Beach getaway

The size and cleanliness of the condo were perfect for my sister and I. Easy access to the beach. The blinds in the bedrooms are still a problem. The WiFi went out and could not be repaired for four days, which was a hardship. The Roku was missing, which was disappointing. Our concerns were addressed quickly except for the WiFi and Roku.

Overall stay was fine. It met its purpose. The only issue was the blinds for each room was either broken or not working. Although once I reported one room maintenance came and fixed it right away. Wi-Fi in the whole condo was very poor. You’d get it then it kicks you out. Grounds were kept very clean.

Perfect getaway

We were able to take a brief trip to Destin and found this gem. Although it is an old building is has been very well taken care of. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. There is lots of furniture to choose from. The beach is right across the street. We were able to walk to several of the restaurants and enjoyed some great seafood. We had a small problem with the microwave and Jodie from iTrip (which we dealt with) sent someone out within a few hours and the problem was resolved. The white sand here is amazing! Can't wait to come again next year.

The location was absolutely perfect. Rooms were large and comfortable. My only complaint was it really needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen appliances/ cookware all need to be replaced. We stayed for 5 weeks and cooked everyday & ended up buying things to use in the kitchen, like knives that were actually sharp. We would stay here again with no problem.

The location of this property is awesome with a short walk to the beach. However, if you have older family or friends with you the stairs to the beach can be too much. The pictures of the unit are better than the unit actually is as it could use some major updates. The ceiling in the kitchen area is disgusting with what appears to be mold and broken tiles in the drop ceiling. I probably would not have booked if that was shown. The property is very quiet and peaceful but I do not think we will book that unit again unless it was updated and the mold was cleaned out.

Great location

The condo was in a great location and very quiet and peaceful. I at first thought it would be a little noisy since we were by the elevator but I never heard any noise. I liked that there was restaurants in walking distance, so no need to drive. Also the beach was just across the street. The only thing that I would consider it to update the pictures in the listing to look realistic because they have filters on them and makes the condo look a little different and more updated. overall I recommend this place.

Great location and condo!

The condo was very clean and fit our family of 6 very comfortably (2 adults & 4 children). Walk to the beach was very close and the cars on the road stopped easily to let us walk through. The only thing I will say is the steps to get to the beach can be daunting if you have a wagon or anything, so be sure to have someone to help lift it down the steps! Other than that, had a blast!

Amazing Condo!

The condo itself was AMAZING! All the special thoughtful touches and extras were very special. It was a nice home away from home. Only issue ( and it wasn’t really an issue) is that the Garbage disposal wasn’t working and I didn’t find that out until I put food in it! But I tried to get it out as best as I could. It was a wonderful place to stay! No complaints and we would love to return!

The condo is located in an amazing area. It is very large for a comfortable stay. The only negative I can say at all is the balcony door is difficult to lock. Beds are super comfortable. U plan to book this same condo on my next stay! Also, the dryer DOES dry as long as you follow directions!

The condo at Enclave was nice and quiet. It had a nice pool and was close to the beach (across the street)! It was clean but I’m not sure if it’s been updated for quite sometime. The king size bed was completely worn out and very uncomfortable. The two other beds weren’t as bad. The bathrooms really needed to be updated. The fixtures were straight from the 90s. We would definitely stay again if it was upgraded. I understand the condominium complex was old but the condo itself could have been a little nicer.

We really enjoyed staying there. The condo was very quiet. The grounds are nice and well kept. The unit we were in was clean and comfortable. Much better than staying in a hotel room when you have a family of 5. The beach is a very short walk away, like 75 feet or so. There is a private entrance. The beach is beautiful, clean and very well kept. The only reason I gave this unit 4 stars rather than 5 is the washer and dryer is extremely small and takes hours for each load/cycle, even when not full. The dryer is a ventless dryer and each cycle take 1.50 hrs and almost every time was still not dry. Also although there is two bathrooms, you can not use them at the same time. Water pressure is very low and if anyone is in the shower in one, the other does not have enough pressure to shower. Given everything, it is still a great option and price is far better than renting two hotel rooms. I would stay here again.
