Customer service needs some help. People at front desk seem uninterested in helping guests. Maybe they had a bad day or something but what ever the case may be a little kindness goes a long way. We were made to feel unwelcome and out of place.

Staff was great. A couple of problems: trash full and overflowed in the breezeway in the entrance left of the main entrance. The smell was extremely disgusting and caused my grandson the gag and vomit. The exterior door in that same entry always slammed shut. With our room being beside that door, sleep was greatly impacted in a the negative. Please fix a closing device on that door. Everything else was fantastic.

This was not as expected. It reminded me of an old Days Inn just panted and updated with furniture. They only clean every other day unless you tell them to clean everyday. When they do come they don’t even refill the body wash. The room had sand on the floor. Even though it was a non smoking hotel there was definitely smoking of some kind in certain areas of the hotel. The front staff was pleasant but charged us for the room twice and told us to just “cancel “ the transaction. We told them they needed to cancel because they were the merchant.

They can do better but it wasn’t too bad

The toilet was nasty and running. Outside of that and the breakfast wasn’t breakfast at all, it was good. You definitely can see some major wear and tear that looks out of place but it’s a decent hotel room. The price was high for off season and compared to some other spots closer to the beach but it was cool
