Staff fairly friendly, and rooms were nice with comfy beds. 2 small pools were well kept, but crowded probably due to holiday weekend. Provided laundry area with way over priced with machines that didnt work properly. Hotel looked nice overall, but the free breakfast was awful with stale hard buiscuits, gravy, and eggs along with badly bruised to spoiled fruit and 2 choices of cereal and terrible coffee. Had to buy breakfast out. Have had better complimentary breakfast at cheaper hotels. Recommend planning ahead to buy your breakfast, but otherwise not too bad of a stay.

I loved the 2 pools and the spa area. I did not like the very limited breakfast options , the breakfast staff knowing that waffle dispenser was broken or clogged had no sense of urgency or seems to care about all the guests waiting in line to make a waffle or refilling the limited breakfast options. Overall is a great hotel .

The shower curtain was cloth and thin and caused the bathroom to flood everytime someone showered. The room had an overall feeling of wetness. Probably from the water leaking from the shower. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it when we opened it. The hallway outside the room smelled horrible. But the staff was very friendly. I would not suggest trying to walk to the beach

The hotel had darkening curtains but it was there only for decoration at the ends of the windows. Breakfast was disappointing: fake eggs, sausage, toast, bagel but no fruits, yoghurt etc. Bare minimum - juice collection was in the fridge and one day it was apple and the next day orange - a very small container

Fun but ick smell

Nice stay until the day of checkout to step out of the elevator to a lobby and eating area too small and the entire downstairs smelling like someone was smoking pot. The smell was bad enough employee were trying to spray air fresheners up and down the 1st floor halls and main area. The smell was so bad we had to find another place to have breakfast.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and it completely ruined the start of our holiday. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit with a disgusting stench of urine—it was unbearable. I went to the front desk to complain, and the staff casually mentioned that rooms on the ground floor are typically reserved for pets and people with disabilities. Yet, we were given one of these “pet rooms” despite not having pets or any such requirement. I had booked the room two days in advance and even informed the hotel staff about our estimated arrival time four hours before we got there. After a 7-hour drive, we were exhausted, only to be forced into a filthy, stinky room that reeked of neglect. When I requested a room change, they claimed the hotel was fully booked. To make matters worse, the next morning the staff was unbelievably rude. When I asked to speak with a manager, the woman at the desk arrogantly told me, “I’m the one who assigns rooms—why do you need a manager?” She even instructed us to check out by 11 a.m. and said she might have another room ready by 12:30 p.m. – leaving us in limbo with no room and no explanation. How does that make any sense for a two-night booking?
