I absolutely loved the staff at the check-in desk. I was able to check in early, which I greatly appreciate. My only complaints are the noise and extreme moisture in my room. The bathroom floor was wet from the time I walked in. Some of my cotton shirts that were hanging in the closet were damp. Other than this, the airport transportation was great and I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel itself is OK but the shuttle service is beyond terrible and I should’ve listened to other reviews. I came in the middle of the night and called before to let them know. They said it goes every half an hour and call when I land. I did that and they said it would be there in 30 minutes. It never came. I called every 20 minutes and each time was told it was on its way. Shuttle buses for every other hotel passed by multiple times. I waited an hour and a half (4:30am!) and then took a shuttle bus for a different hotel nearby and had to walk when I got to the hotel. The lady at the front desk did not even apologize or seem surprised very disappointing. This is an airport hotel so the one thing you need to get right is the shuttle service.
