Our first time in Detroit. We actually had booked a different nearby hotel, but that one was simply horrid. I have to say that Kara and Tracy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Staying here was a blessing that we were very grateful for. We enjoyed four breakfasts as part of our stay. Very robust. Great options and different variety each day. The food service was excellent and the breakfast area although small was very well kept up. We had a small problem with our TV and the remote but staff worked tirelessly to resolve it. Something to do with the programming of the TV with our actual room number.
