The location was ideal it's located near many restaurants and grocery stores. However, the rooms need updating , carpets were filthy and walls had diet spots. The hadicap bar in bathroom was loose. My major issue was the continuous loud noise of the room above. There was constant running, jumping and stomping. I requested to be moved to another room and was refused. I asked for a refund from hotel and was denied. I don't recommend this hotel.

The building was nice and clean it self, However the room was very cheap and sleezy. I felt like I was at motel6, the curtain had a rip by the window bathroom was cheaply put together chip paint all around the room sink was dirty as well too. I just didn’t feel comfortable there at all. The Staff was nice but I didn’t enjoy my stay, it’s not worth the money at all.

Our stay was amazing. All of the food options were great. The entire team makes every effort to make you feel welcome and entertained as there’s constant things to do and entertainment around you. We had exceptional service from everybody we came in contact with. Willie was our server in the poolside club, he took care of us every single day.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean! The whole hotel was very updated and modern, which I liked receptionist was very pleasant and it had a great continental breakfast in the morning! This place succeeded my expectations! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The room had multiple stains on the carpet and marks on the wall that made the room look unappealing. The bed had some kind of sand or dirt at the foot of the bed under the covers that we had to keep dusting off. I’ve stayed here before and had a much better experience. This time around just wasn’t the best.

Everything was nice, we enjoyed our stay…only complaint was the towels were a little rough and the pool could of been warmer.. but that’s just me…overall I would definitely stay there again…the breakfast layout was fantastic!

Expedia had the wrong address and phone number for the hotel. I was sent to a Wyndham that reportedly used to be a holiday inn express. Once I was able to find the actual hotel where I had a reservation, the property and check in were great
