The staff, especially the afternoon girl was extremely sassy and rude. We booked a block of rooms and we were all over the hotel even after asking to be within the same area of the hotel, Bride and family checked in the day before to be sure. Rooms were given to other customers out of spite i am sure. 2 rooms had no blinds that worked. bathroom toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.

We have stayed here twice in 3 years because of convenience because our friends live near by . there are repairs that need to be made and the carpets in both rooms have huge stains in them. Toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. The telephone didn’t work . Staff was top tier though. Our friends are moving to Indiana so we won’t be back to this hotel . Clean it up and make the necessary repairs and you will be much better

The hotel itself is nice and clean. It’s just got a few things that need attention. Entrance to both side doors do not work with the room key. The staff already knew about it. The ice machines were temperamental. Eventually, the staff told me that the only ice machine that worked was on the 4th floor.
