If you need a quick place to lay your head at this hotel is ok. Our bathroom had alot of mold in it. Everything was out dated. Our lamp was broke. Our remote to our tv did not work. Everything is out dated.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

We arrived late, tired from a long drive and needing to rest. We were assigned a room, given a key, and off we went to get some sleep. However, the room we were given, was ALREADY OCCUPIED!!! Yep, we opened the door and the counter just inside the room was filled with hair and hygiene products and there was a woman's undergarment on the bed. I told my husband to shut the door and off I went to tell the front desk. I dropped the key on the front desk counter and the "gentleman" asked me if there was a problem. I said yes, that he had given us a room that someone was already staying in. He then tells me that the guy who assigned our room to us, made a mistake. He then gave me another room key with a new room number. Before I could even walk away, he tells me to give the key back to him and he writes down ANOTHER room number! This was room number 3! By this time, I was wondering why we were even staying there. I didn't sleep well at all. I kept waking up wondering if someone might walk into our room in the middle of the night. This was not our first time at this motel, but it had been about 10 years since our last visit. Boy, oh boy, had things changed. NEVER AGAIN!!! I would rather pay 4x more and at least feel safe in my room. When we left the next morning, we weren't even asked how our stay was. THEY DIDN'T CARE one bit about us or our safety! Just imagine, if we had opened a room with someone who had a gun and was trigger happy. I don't even want to think about it!!!

Comfortable bed but musty smell

The bed and pillows were great, but the room smelled musty and like it had been smoked in. The electrical outlets arced when we plugged in our phones and an outlet in the lobby had black burn marks on it. The breakfast was basic but had what we needed. The clerk appeared to be on a personal call through his ear bud the whole time he checked us in and again in the morning when we went to check out. For the price, I would stay there again but it could definitely use some work.

Might be ok for an overnight stay, but anything longer I do not recommend. Would not stay at a La Quinta again, and def not this location. Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 3/5 Rooms Old Smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke despite being non smoking Shower and tub need updating Very slow wifi Nearby activities Shopping and amenities Safety Back Door that led to back parking area and supposed to be accessible by room key was often left propped open Food & drinks Vending machine and included self serve breakfast Noteworthy details Staff are not helpful or friendly, inconvenient services-laundry is only open 8-3 and you have to bring down your own old towels and hope they can give you fresh. If you need laundry outside of these hours, you’re out of luck; front desk has no access or spare supply. No room housekeeping, even when requested, it was missed. Was literally shouted at by an employee (housekeeper) for taking a shampoo off his cart. Bought some of my own supplies as I didn’t want to deal with the staff.

I was disappointed that although the room was supposed to be smoke-free and I was required to initial that I understood that no smoking was allowed in the room. There was a heavy marijuana smoke/odor in the room. My husband asked for an air freshener and was given an unlabeled spray bottom. We ended up purchasing a spray deodorizer and room spray which helped but did not resolve the issue. It seemed like someone either in a room next door or on the same floor was smoking throughout the time of our stay. Very disappointing.

When I arrived they gave me a room that they had not prepped, the bed was not made and the bathroom had wet towels in it. They did luckily give me a new and clean room, which sufficed for the 4 nights I was there. The room was comfortable, but the only other thing was that I had to get my key renewed once a day because they continually stopped functioning, which was a drag. Overall though, it was worth what I spent, which was very little.
