There was a small hiccup at check in but it was handled very quickly and with a smile. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. I also like that there was a mini fridge in the room.

Only stayed for the night but did notice the cleanliness especially in the bathroom. Air Vent needs to be cleaned it was very dusty. The shower head was also full of build up hard water.

A Good Place to Stay for $$ and Quick Overnight

Check in was great. Front deck was professional and courteous. Carpets in main areas were worn stained and disgusting. Slight musty smell throughout the property. Bed was super comfy and bed linens were clean. Temperature of room was fantastic. Windows opened slightly for a nice breeze. One of the towels in bathroom was stained. Restroom walls were well worn and peeling. But overall clean. Toilet was clean and worked appropriately. Hot water was quick and plentiful. Shower pressure was strong enough. Breakfast was adequate. Staff during breakfast service was superb and very helpful to all the guests. Coffee was decent enough. I felt safe during my stay. Check out was easy and quick. I would stay again.

I checked into the Quality Inn on May 10, 2025, and was told there would be a $50 hold on my credit card. After a day and a half, my room key was deactivated due to alleged non-payment of the deposit, preventing me from accessing my room. I am very disappointed with the customer service. The error was on Quality Inn's part, not mine, and it caused significant inconvenience. I will not return to this location. I request that you train the front desk staff member on duty around 11 PM on May 11, 2025, and I will be sharing my experience on review platforms to inform potential customers.
