Room smelled of smoke, disgusting not cleaned. Hair all over the bathroom. No toilet seat. Loud mechanical noises all night long. Asked to be moved to another room, was told they were completely booked. Parking lot was almost empty. After and hour of complaining to feont deak finally moved to another room.... even when i was told they were completely boomed.

Worst hotel room I've every stayed in. The bathroom ceiling was covered with brown spots, the caulking on the bathtub was black, the shower head was rusted as was the drain. Of the 3 toiletries in the shower, one was missing and the other two were bashed in. Thin, small towels. Bathroom floor tiles were loose. The full length mirror looked like there was a bullet mark in the frame. I get this is an extended stay property but could you at least maintain it? Still waiting for my refund.

Only 1 roll of toilet paper upon arrival for 2 guests that were stated on the reservation. Got there about 30 minutes after check in and had to wait 45 minutes to check in because the front desk people were in a meeting and the maintenance man was filling in. Room smelt like musty cigarette. Dog next door barked all through out the night keeping us awake or waking us up. Deposit from my last stay was never given back and if it is a refundable deposit that was not stated clearly at all. Wiped up water off the floor and the paper towel was black, not cleaned thoroughly at all which is gross.

The walls and stains along with the headboard that I had to scrub down in order to feel able to comfortably sleep, then we didn’t have shower curtains either which seems like a basic amenity and when u asked for some I was told they didn’t have any available.

This place needs to be closed down. From the time you walk in it's filthy and reeks with the smell of weed and cigarettes. I didn't even check in because it if looks like this in the lobby I know the room was going to be even worse.

I saw a bug crawling near the bed in the bedroom. Kitchen was great. And the heat barely worked. But I love the staff at the front desk cant say enough about thm they were Excellent....
