I was in town for a funeral and I am an 18 wheeler truck driver I was told it was parking and I was guided down an alleyway and my truck was too big to fit and there was a bridge that was too low for my truck so I was told to park there, and I will be escorted on the day a I leave I was not escorted, and I had to reverse out the alley by myself, and there was a van blocking me from reversing I had to wait an hour and a half after calling the hotel help

I ansolutely wish my stay was longer, however, i very pleased with time I spent at Westin, Southfield. The staff (houskeepers, security AND concierge) were all welcoming and smiles. Hospitality seems to be dwindling even where it should be thriving. So to come to the Westin and have such a warm and exciting staff was absolutrly amazing! Thank you all for making my first (and many more) trip to Detroit a great experience. My room was amazing! Clean, organized and just great 💐 See you all next time!
