Well once you go in and are not expecting to pay 150.00 deposit at the door after you already paid for the room was a disappointment. No where did it say anything about that before we paid but she was rude anyways will not stay there again . Front seat was closed the whole time until you get there you have to call them once you arrive very not very welcoming at all . Never again

Late check-in equals no room

We didn't arrive until 11pm as our flight was late, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. We called the number for check in after 10pm and no one answered for over an hour. We received help from another hotel guest and finally a very rude lady came and checked us in. I did try calling the hotel directly and spoke with 2 different people in another country that told me they could not help me and we should find another hotel. They are not going to reimburse us for anything and no one even apologized. We will not stay here again.

Absolutely absurd

After driving for 5 hours to get to my hotel, I arrived at 1215 am When I walked into the vestibule the signs said to use the phone to call the on call clerk for after hours check in. When I did this, the clerk refused to check me in because it was after midnight and therefore no longer the day that I booked the room for. I asked to speak to a manager and was told a manager would not be available until Monday morning. This is beyond absurd. I have checked into several hotels on trips after midnight. I booked the room and paid for it and traveled several hours with my two minor children to attend my other daughter's college graduation and was refused entry to the room I paid for based on some policy that wasn't posted anywhere in the hotel or in the reservation email. I admit, I got very angry and used terrible language with the clerk, which I do regret, however, that never would have happened if I could have just checked in. Now my children and I are sleeping in my car and will not be able to shower or be in any way well rested before this important event. I'm livid and disgusted. This experience has ruined the weekend and I am demanding this be rectified.

For our second day. It took 3 trips/sets of keys being reset to get in our room The hotel smells of tobacco and in some hallways - weed. We requested a non smoking room I’m not sure if it was - but it still Reeked of smoke. Despite leaving the window open all day. Overall decent basic hotel. We were scoping out a place for us to stay a few times/month With soooo many choices within a couple mile radius - I think we’ll be going elsewhere If the room didn’t smell - would actually stay here again. Hope this helps

Not so happy this time

My stay here was not what I expected, if I wanted to get clean towels for the next day it was a fee, they said the bed size was a queen size, when in actuality it was a full size bed, the room was very small, and not so clean. I won’t stay there anymore.
