On duty manager, Shah, was very friendly, thoughtful and efficient. Room door was propped open and unsecured when I got there after check in. Room was clean, tidy and a comfortable check in experience. Though advertised as a full kitchen, there were no eating utensils, cups or plates. There was a full size refrigerator, microwave and stovetop, though no cookware. There was a full ice cube tray in the freezer, which was nice. The bed was firm, which was good and comfortable for me. Pillows were okay, seemingly down/feather alternative or something similar. Not my preferred pillow, but good for a night. Overall, a good room and experience. Low traffic noise and very little noise from hallway or other rooms. The A/C unit was a little loud, but it was good background white noise and didn't disturb my rest. There's some construction or remodeling going on and some areas were more recognizably "pre-remodel." It should be all nice when everything is complete. August 2025

The staff was friendly. Beds and pillows were pretty good building is run down. our room had dirty floors. The lobby bathroom was pretty nasty. Hotel breakfast was decent. The cheese omlettes were very good for a continental breakfast.

Appreciated the upgraded room free of charge with kitchenette and King size bed. I realize the staff have things to do, i thought the guy stacking chairs could have waited till we were finished eating. Was kinda loud and busy with him cleaning up.

We came to the hotel as 3 friends travelling together for a 1 night stay. The desk manager was very nice and helpful. We requested a roll-a-way cot which arrived promptly. Our neighbours on the 2nd floor had a screaming baby , so in order to get our ample rest we request a change of room. The veryPolite & friendly desk manager accomadated our change of room request. Unfortunately the roll-a-way cot was extremely uncomfortable and had an extra charge of $20 for that 1 night.

I liked the bed, I slept fairly well. There were a couple things in our room that needed attention. We found a cup wrapper in the bathroom. But overall, the room was spacious and clean. The men who checked us in were quite personable and friendly.
