Overall a nice experience but not a 10/10
"My pros and cons after spending one night:
+ Very friendly and helpful staff in all facilities
+ Decent breakfast
+ Modern and clean rooms
+ Great inside spa facilities
- It's abit weird that during check in they praise their outdoor pool are while the outdoor pool area is not open. Jacuzzi out of water and pool covered with tarp
- Lazy in-room AC
- Small detail but if the hotel TV gives you the opportunity to connect your device to one of its HDMI ports, why the port is the one behind the TV and not the one in the side? So basically you can not connect your device with HDMI"
