Not the best experience

The staff when I checked in was really friendly. When I first went to the room, I could hear someone yelling in one of the rooms a few doors down. Later on that night the person was still yelling and throwing objects around. I heard the staff after 11am attempting to get the person to come to the door. I heard the police knocking at the door maybe 30 minutes later. There was no more noise from that room as far as I could tell. However, throughout the night, both nights that i stayed, you can hear doors slamming constantly.

The staff were great. Was there two days and the breakfast selection was the same both days. Our room was by the pool and bright l8ghts were on all night making the room to bright. Bed was way to soft and uncomfortable. Everything was very clean. Road construction in front of hotel made it difficult to get in and out.

Biggest disappointment ever!

First thing is the room smelled of dogs, I was aware it was a pet friendly place, but it should have not smelled like a kennel (I had to spray air freshener just to stay in there), the dogs across from our room barked all night long, off and on. The pool which I did take photos of daytime & night time was so disgusting and green no one could swim, which our kids were extremely disappointed. I will NEVER stay here again for sure. Also to get to the hotel was hard to figure out which road to turn in on, not clearly marked.

Never again.

I paid for the top floor deluxe room, however was downgraded due to only allowing pets on the first 2 floors. I was understanding of this policy. The staff and manager though absolutely refused to compensate me for the difference in downgrading me, but were very quick to collect extra payment for my pet. They literally already had my money so I had no option but to concede. I will never be back.

Wonderful vacation

The rooms were so clean and comfortable. All of the staff was amazing and so kind! The breakfast was decent. The pool was nice. We had a wonderful stay and will likely be back!
