Air Condition in rm 404 was very, very loud. Had to turn the tv up to drawn the sound. But when it was time to sleep, it was challenging. Had to take sleep aid

Staff members were really sweet I accidentally locked myself out of room while in hallway they had to wake up in house manager at 130 am to unlock door .as I was driving home 2.5 hours. They tried to charge my visa $350 for sheets on the floor that my old 14 yr old dog had urinated on ..She Never urinated on bed too arthritic tk jump on bed .manager was Very rude and argumentative with me .stated he could Not wash towels and sheets with dog urine on them etc ..I should have washed them myself . But he can wash sheets with sex fluids womens menstration sex etc .He got upset and hung up on me . I have been going to Dothan Ala since 2010 every few years then drive to Panama City Beach .will Never again stay there. Staff even complimented how quiet my dog was .lots of people had Huge dogs shepherds husky etc

The Hotel & staff were fine in general. The main we had issues were with getting in o out of the property & loud guest not getting addressed. We had a neighbor that was loud "partying" most of the night until I had to confront them.

At no fault of the hotel there’s a lot of construction in front and around the hotel. The barrels and construction makes it difficult to navigate in the area and hard to find the entrance to the hotel. The staff was nice and cordial and the hotel clean and decorative.
