Light bulbs missing in room fixtures, light fixture on mirror in bathroom didn’t work, temp in hallways extremely warm. Service, comfort in room, and cleanliness was good.

Super nice and lovely staff! The pool was closed which was unfortunate and the downstairs bathroom was slightly dirty. Also there was stomping from the upstairs people (we were on the 3rd floor). Overall nice experience, breakfast was delicious too.

Decent hotel

Nice room and it was clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay, but coffee ran out before everyone there was able to get any and the worker never refilled it. Overall nice hotel in a good location.

Pool is closed and we were not notified before

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. We live fairly close by, but came up a day early so that our kids could swim before the day of their event. There were no notices stating that one of the main amenities was not working. We were never notified of this, and we actually only told after they had run our credit card at check-in staff said a quick “oh by the way, our pool isn’t working.” This was the entire purpose of the stay. Had we known beforehand we would’ve booked somewhere else completely.
