The beds were incredibly comfortable, the cleanliness of the rooms , and the staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Jonnie at the front desk was super helpful and well deserves recognition for her courtesy, warmth and charismatic personality. Even with renovation crew at work, our stay was very pleasant indeed!

There were dirty places in the hallway and by the ice machine. The biggest disappointment was the pool was not working. My sister and I had planned to visit by the pool all day Saturday. Because it wasn’t available, we had to change our plans for the day. Very disappointing. We should have been notified before we arrived. The staff at the desk was very friendly.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was fresh and very good. The only complaint I have is the pool was closed (no water) and this was not disclosed prior to check in.
