As we entered the hotel it give us a good feeling, specially since we come from another hotel. At the reception Mara was extremely pleasant and polite, she quickly checked us in and directed us to our room. The hotel very nice and very clean, its our new place to go every time we book a hotel.

The room was very very cold, even putting the tempreture up to 31 degrees inside the room, the aircon doesnt heat up, the engineer cane and swirched of the full aircon system to the room still it wouldnt heat up the room
