Staff and service all excellent. Very professional whilst being friendly with it. We had a Club room which gave us access to the Club lounge which is a lovely environment to relax in and have complientary snack and drinks (including wine, beer and spirits between 5:30 and 7:00pm.).

Modern hotel for leisure or business

Spent 7 days here with my wife and 11 year old son and would definitely come back again. It’s close to the airport but not on the flight path and getting to Jumeirah and the shopping malls is easy with a short taxi ride (20 -30 minutes). The hotel and rooms are very modern and I’d recommend a club room. The privileges for club room guests are excellent. Great swimming pool, great staff. It’s true it could be noisy if you get a room overlooking the Irish Village, but for me that’s a minor point. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem!

Overall experience was excellent. Staff were curteous and professional. There was some misunderstanding regarding breakfast inclusion within the booking. This was shown very vaguely at the booking website and resulted in some confusion. However the staff handled the situation very professionally and I hope that the matter will be clarified for similar bookings in the future.
