The room was spacious, clean, spotless, quiet and had all the amenities like iron with a stand, blow dryer, etc. I stayed for a night with my kids and i think it was very comfortable and accessible just few mins walk from the square where all the shopping and restaurants are. The bathroom was very clean as well. Good value for money.

Our youngest child left behind a cuddly toy he received this Xmas from Santa Claus. We are absolutely certain we didn't pack the toy before departure and that the toy wasn't removed from the room. We saw it before bedtime and it wasn't taken out of the room at breakfast. When we called to check if the toy had been found when the room was being cleaned, we were told there was no sign of it. We are reluctant to accuse anyone of anything, but we are 100% certain that toy was in the room and did not leave the room in the time we stayed at the hotel. We stayed in Room 22. It might be in the wardrobe or stuck in or down the side of a bed, they're about the last places we can think where it might be.
