Everything was nice as expected from a fine establishment - the manager was a bit rude seeing a Mexican and Jamaican man dozing off in the restaurant area while waiting for our room to be ready well past check in time. When they realized we were not bums but guests waiting on our check in time they were nice and offered us a drink.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located on Dame St which has a ton of restaurants, pubs and shops. Also only 1-2 blocks from Temple Bar area, another fabulous time for pubs and restaurants.

The hotel was amazing! Great decor and excellent staff, from front desk to breakfast service. Rooms were compact but had everything you needed, and flawless with the fixture and fittings, decor and amazing bed. I have recommended the hotel already to others, I would be going back to stay, also the location is great for Dublin.
