Expedia services were quick and reliable. Hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable, however seemed very short staffed. The only true complaint I have is the lack of resources in the room. Bed pillows were small and didn't even cover the length of the bed, do not disturb signs, hand soap, extra towels and an ice bucket were all items we had to request and wait for. Also, very few things in the kitchen, I would suggest bringing own cooking / plastic ware.

We got a room with 4 adults, they gave us 3 towels,1 mini soap and 1 set of shampooandconditioner. I went to the front desk asked for and extra towel, soap and shampoo, the lady gave me 1 more mini soap and another set of shampoo/ conditioner.

Hotel was terrific, one of the cleanest I've ever been to. Beds comfy, great breakfast, indoor pool, sauna, pool table and ping pong. My boys and I had a great time. Friendly staff, good location. Could not ask for a better hotel. Highly recommend!
