The room was roomy, quiet, clean, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and very helpful.They greeted us each time that we returned and asked if they could be of assistance. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was just right. The breakfast buffet was a lovely start to each day. The price was reasonable.

Excellent breakfast hot&cold variety daily good for the family lots of water activities large pool and whirlpool guiet during weekdays lively on weekends large hotel staff gave us better accommodations so that we had easy access to our room from the parking lot without using stairs or elevators from 2nd floor with a nice view of activities. Every thing is on the premises including nice restaurant attached. One draw back had a whirlpool bath in room hard to get in and out. Needs a grab or safety bar. Would definitely come back

I am really bummed in this whole experience. Checked in with 2 small children after traveling late. Were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Was then made to stand back in line (a long line) to get the correct room/keys. And then upon entering the room there were no sheets no blankets for the sofa bed. Just really frustrated that things were so unorganized and chaotic when you pay $100+ dollars.
