Staff was friendly. Room was old and in severe disrepair. Toilet didn't flush correctly, mold was on the bathroom mirror frame, tub was filthy, TV didn't work (may have been weather related as it did come on). Bed linens were clean and bed was comfy. Paid $10 extra for my dog, but he couldn't have done anything to make it worse. Arrived late and left early or I wouldn't have stayed.

Room was fair in cleaning, could have been vacuumed better. 1 lamp shade had a few holes in it. The bulb in other lamp was so poor, not worth turning on. When checking out i was refused a receipt for my credit card charge. She said since i booked through hotels.com she couldn't print me a receipt. I informed her that i paid at the hotel, and had to sign my charge at the hotel and by law i am entitled to a copy of anything i sign. She still refused. I will be reporting this hotel for unlawful practice. I will never return or recommend this place!

Pretty good other than the toilet kept running and the shower and tub were in need of cleaning or an upgrade. The shower curtain rod is pulling away from the wall. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Was not assigned the booked Double Deluxe Room with 2 queen beds, instead was assigned a basic room with single king bed for 4 guests. Luckily there was some other guest had basing room with two beds which they swapped. The continental breakfast was just serial and milk. Have been a customer of Hotels.com and Expedia.com for quite some time and never had such poor experience. Would request a full refund of my stay.

Place was disgustingly filthy, horrible place to stay. Zero breakfast offered and paid a premium ($109 for the night) compared to their normal price. They should've paid me to stay (hazard pay). It took almost an hour to get checked in and I still was unable to get into my room. I had to go up and down the stairs 5 times to swipe my key and it never worked. This place canceled on 3 other people and told someone they canceled on them when they never contacted them. I ended up never getting into my room and left the place. They were not accommodating and seemed to have no idea what was going on. I am still working on getting reimbursed since they are not answering the phone and saying the manager is not available. Expedia has been working with me on trying to reach them. But overall a terrible experience and would recommend any other hotel in the area.

Being the lowest price in the area means expecting less. However, all areas away from the lobby smell like mold, wet dog, and smoke despite being a nonsmoking building. Should you still choose to stay here, make sure you have shoes to wear in the shower, and walking on the carpet in bare feet is taking your life into your own hands. Room smelled terrible and was filthy. Free breakfast is bad coffee, dry cereal, prepackaged donuts and oatmeal. Parking lot full of trash and even a used condom. Perfect lesson of you get what you pay for!

I'm guessing that most of the people staying there are living there, and cooking in their rooms. The halls reek of that. Breakfast was coffee, juice and cereal
