Customer service & experience not very good.

Room was clean, Bed comfortable, Had to report faulty lights, Door not locking properly. Accused of smoking in room ans £100 invoice notice theough door. I so smoke occasionally but have never smoked in my own house never mind a hotel. Was booked in for two nights but decided not to stay the second night.

Brilliant hotel

Lovely big modern room with brilliant views of V&A museum and River Tay. Very comfy bed and friendly staff. Very convenient for shopping and restaurants and next door to railway station. Would always book here when visiting Dundee.

Had a great couple of nights at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near the V&A Dundee and a few other attractions. Also located next to the train station.

The hotel had great soundproofing and you could barely hear the roads below nor any train noise from the station. Very large window to see the town or if you are situated the other part of the building then the River Tay. Plenty of towels and pillows. Room had heating and air con. The hotel was situated beside the train station and very close to the city centre. Breakfast buffet was fine.
