Had a great couple of nights at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near the V&A Dundee and a few other attractions. Also located next to the train station.

The hotel had great soundproofing and you could barely hear the roads below nor any train noise from the station. Very large window to see the town or if you are situated the other part of the building then the River Tay. Plenty of towels and pillows. Room had heating and air con. The hotel was situated beside the train station and very close to the city centre. Breakfast buffet was fine.

Stayed one night in a twin room. So close to shopping/museums/food ! We parked at the recommend car parking which was a short walk away. Room big clean and comfy !

Friendly budget friendly hotel

Would certainly stay here again. Great value for money room which was clean and comfortable. Staff were all lovely. Walkable distance to everything you would want to visit in Dundee city centre and handy for trains and buses.

Best hotel Dundee

The hotel is excellent as we get the train and it is just above the train station , no noise from the trains. It is also few mins walk from city centre and other amenities. The bar is well stocked and very comfortable for a quiet drink before heading out or retiring for the night. We will not consider staying else where when we visit Dundee.

It was very central. I was there to visit a relative at ninewells hospital and the location couldnt have been better for trains and buses. Hotel staff very welcoming. Rooms clean and very comfortable. Great nights sleep. Just a pity they dont do evening meals. However plenty of eateries nearby. Would definitely stay again
