The Inn at Glenora was more than we expect. We were warmly greeted by two glasses of sparkling wine, a complimentary bottle of Riesling in the room, and two complimentary wine tastings (all included in the price of the room). The rooms, large and well appointed, have a lovely patio overlooking the vineyards and Seneca Lake. The dining room is lovely, the food excellent and the portions quite large (too much for my wife and I, but who could complain about that)! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommended it if you are on your way to Canada and are looking for a bucolic spot before heading north...

Location was really great. We stayed on a ground flood for one night. The view of the lake right in front of the room and the vast vineyard was magnificent. I could step out onto the lawn directly from the terrace, which gave a wonderful sense of openness.

The view of the property is really beautiful and surroundings are calm and quite and services are decent .. The room is neat and clean and big. All rooms have really great view . The breakfast is okay could have been better .The restaurant veraision is not that great.

If you go there for the winery, I can’t really say anything, because we did not do any tasting or visit the vineyard. Regarding the hotel/inn, the outdoor looked well-kept and the front desk was polite and effective. The room, unfortunately, was in terrible condition. Stained, rugged carpet, dated furniture, dated bathroom that seemed like the bathroom of an old hospital. The room had a nice balcony, that had a semi-view of the vineyard and the Seneca Lake. There was complimentary water in the fridge and a free bottle of wine for the people who drink. Cleanliness was alright. I would definitely not stay again.

Welcoming and Comfortable

Super friendly staff - felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Clean room. Comfortable bed with quality bedding and a variety of pillow options. Big bathroom with plentiful eco-friendly products. Stunning view from the balcony. Room could have used more table top space - such as an additional night stand, luggage rack/stand, or other place to keep stuff off the floor. There was plenty of extra space for those in the room.

We loved our stay at Glenora! And what a nice surprise with the complimentary bottle of wine in the room, the welcome glass of sparkling wine upon check in and the complimentary wine tasting as part of our stay! The jacuzzi tub in the room was nice after a long day of hiking. My only critique is that they should really get rid of the carpeting in the rooms and upgrade to a hard floor- much easier to keep clean and would make the rest of the Inn seem more updated too. Continental breakfast had some good offerings- heard some guests complaining but honestly, breakfast didn't need to be included...and there was cold cereal, oatmeal, breakfast breads, Greek yogurt and granola and fruit, juice and coffee available. A true Continental breakfast. I added in some of my own high protein yogurt and bought bananas to eat with breakfast. It was perfect for our needs! The view from the room was wonderful as well! It was a really nice romantic getaway with my husband...and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful birthday vacation

Staff was lovely and gracious. They left a birthday card for my husband. Room and porch was exactly as pictured. The wine tasting was great fun and the restaurant was delicious. They need more staff though to keep it open all week!!

We had a lovely stay, just wish the restaurant had been open and a better breakfast would have been nice too. Their winery is okay, but we would definitely stay there again. There are other wonderful wineries in the area.
