Fantastic stay - perfect for an overnight before a flight. Super helpful service and nice comfy and clean room. Reception staff kindly refunded breakfast cost when we checked in as they could not accommodate a ‘to go’ option that day, but they said they would have been able to if we requested in advance.
Love this hotel, stayed a few times now and never been disappointed. All staff are very helpful 👍

The staff were very friendly and helpful they accommodated us for food as we didn’t realise we needed to book a table - the advert on app does not do this hotel justice lovely hotel inside and out food was fab too
Everything was good. The staffs were really good and the breakfast was great. It was a buffet filled with lovely Scottish breakfast. The hotel property was really good. But one thing which could be improved is that when we were on the bedroom we could hear noise from the adjacent rooms. Also the shower curtains could be better cleaned.

The room was needing updated, and the bed had a poor quilty mattress. Completely run down. Poor breakfast, they run out of alot of hot foods. Staff were very nice though.
Staff was great and welcoming. Room was clean. It was a bit noisy, but as expected because it was New Years Eve. I had dinner at the restaurant and it was yummy. Breakfast was good, buffet style. All in all a good stay

Eggs dried up. No mushrooms
Asked waitress more, she was not over helpfull said we.re waiting on a delivery .....

Hotel is spotless. Staff all very welcoming. descent breakfast. Rooms are basic but nice and and perfect for a few nights away. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was also very good. Will stay again
The staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The entire hotel was immaculate. The breakfast was outstanding in our room was cleaned every single day. The housekeeping ladies were phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again when we come back we miss you guys already!!
Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a couple of problems. First was toilet not flushing in room, but the Polish girl on desk was great. She tried to get maintenance help but eventually got us a change of room. Second was my wife had to return her dinner plate twice because salmon wasn't cooked properly. Again staff great as waitress obviously took salmon off bill and gave my wife a free pudding. Breakfast was nice, i thought it was continental but was surprised when there was hot food as well.

The staff were all wonderful. The restaurant looked very nice, but I didn't eat there. They had a weird rule where you couldn't bring any outside food in and eat in your room. I just thought that odd, and never had seen that in a hotel before. Also, the walls were paper thin. I could clearly hear the conversation in the room next to me, and those people weren't being loud at all.
Very comfortable hotel with excellent service at a great price. Breakfast was adequate for me and was great considering the overall rate. Bar prices very reasonable for a hotel. Location was perfect for the areas I needed to visit and ample free parking in a peaceful location.
