Stay someplace else.

Room had zero hand towels, wash cloth, one small bar of soap. The TV didn’t work and they couldn’t get it working. They didn’t service the room or offer to do so.

Wade was terrific at the front desk. Printers didn't work and then he helped us with a TV issue in our Suite. Only one of the two TVs worked. Also, Wasde worked all night and then had to prepare breakfast the next morning since person in kitchen didn't show up. He deserves a raise b/c he had a good attitude in the morning too. No ramps to take carts to/from car. Bed was pretty hard. Wish it was a bit softer.
