My room was not the best the tiles in the bathroom was lifting...so when walked we heard sounds ...it was very annoying. The wash rags weren't clean. I stayed before and the room was amazing. Clean n comfortable...however this time it was a downgrade it seemed

Not a good stay

Our experience at this hotel was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we weren’t offered any complimentary amenities, which was disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was the room itself the shower never heated up, leaving us with only cold water, and the entire room had a strong moisture/mildew smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in. It was clear that maintenance and cleanliness were not a priority. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our stay.

Okay at best. And it was definitely not near best.

The front desk was friendly, got us checked in fast and early. Room was small. The hot water took over 5 minutes to actually get to a temperature that you could shower in and our thermostat didn’t function. The room got rapidly hot and then cold, then hot and then cold. Very happy that the breakfast was comped because it wasn’t worth the time we waisted trying to find something that was actually good. The boiled eggs looked several days old the waffle maker wasn’t working, the pancakes were cardboard, the eggs and egg whites were just gross. Bacon and sausage were okay.

My stay here was very nice. It was clean for the most part but I could see a couple hairs in the shower and dust and flower petals behind the bed. The staff was very accommodating with an early check in

I would have given a 5 star if I was able to sleep. Unfortunately the ceiling and walls must be paper thin because I could hear children running back and forth flipping around until after 11pm. Other than that, The service was exceptional and the hotel room was very clean and also beds were super comfortable. I would stay again, just next time ask to be on the top floor or under a vacant room.
