I upgraded my room to have a jacuzzi and it was amazing I loved it, I just wish the actual room was better placed the tv was off centre the room was so big and empty, but other then that I loved it.

After checking in early which I appreciate the staff accommodating. We quickly left and returned late in the evening. We only realized that our toilet did not work until after my son went to sleep. So i'm moving at that point, it was not feasible. The late night staff supplied a couple options and I tried plunging the toilet, which did notnfix the issue. She agreed that we could get a a second room in the morning to properly get ready. When we called in the morning, the gentleman at the desk.It's only suggested to come down and use the public washing. Quite frankly, after dropping however much money for a room to not be given a function toilet and then the suggestion of using the lobby toilet is unacceptable. Providing pictures is not going help.

Our stay with the holiday was great, staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms. Walking distance to Walmart. They continually check in with you to make sure your stay is going great, love this feature. Will be back to stay again.

Staff are less than helpful. I arrived late Friday to a clogged toilet. Next day had clogged toilet still after three calls and numerous attempts at plunging they assured me it was good. That night still would not flush. I left dirty plunger water on my floor and I had to ask them to clean it after a fourth attempt trying to get this toilet to flush. They told me I’m right it doesn’t work. After back-and-forth conversations with the front desk, they finally moved me to another room with less beds. When I asked for a cot, they let me know it was $25. However, they also let me know there was none available. I ended up having two rooms super unimpressed with the service would not stay again.

We couldn’t sleep at all. We could hear banging noise and when other guests shut their doors. It’s not sound proof so you can hear people coming late at night.
