This place cools be better, honestly very disappointed. We book this hotel for the first time and for sure the last time. They send us message about the non access to swimming park after we booked The rooms. The Jacuzzi is very dirty and is just hot water, the swimming pool is dirty, the rooms are not comfortable at all with the side air conditioning it make it very noisy. The breakfast area is very small is small than my home kitchen. Not good food and everything is gone. The only good thing is the staff are very nice and they trying their best.

We liked the location, central but not in the middle of the concrete jungle. It was clean and quiet. We had to ask for extra towels 3 times before we got them, at various times of the day. The towels, and the shower curtain, had holes in them. The breakfast was super basic, but the space allowed for guests to get and eat breakfast is very small and cramped. The pool slide is out of order, and so were the elevators after the first night. The spa pool was extremely hot, too hot for our small kids to spend any amount of time in it.

The front desk guy when we arrived was talking to someone instead of intertaining the customer, and when I get help he still talking to the guy inside the room in between our conversation. Garbage was full in front of the building. There were a group of homeless at the corner in front the lobby, unsafe for the people coming in as they ask for money. The room was smells dog pee.

My family and I didn’t stay very long as we didn’t feel safe, the front door was broken and couldn’t close properly. The room smelled like urine and there were stains on the wall, bed and chair. There was garbage left between the headboard and mattress as well. The staff were helpful and gave us a full refund.

Upon opening the door of room 212, I smelled the sweat coming from the room. So, I checked the bed, smell the pillow and blanket. I still smell the last person's occupant (indian spice) and his hair are on the bed sheet (his-because hair is short as like a usual hair of men). I opened the window so the smell would be lessen. I inspected the curtain, it is so dirty and smelly. The bathtub is stained. Long curly hair on the toilet's water tank. Holes on the couch. In the morning, i killed a cockroach crawling on the table. The breakfast area is dirty. Btw, I asked for linen replacement, they were given to me immediately. I know, this hotel is a 2 star hotel, but cleanliness doesnt meant to be terrible. I hope the management of Wyndham can read my comment. Please add more soap washing the beddings. Not again to Travelodge Wyndham.

I have already spoken to one of the managers (Arsh). Our room was dirty to the point where my sister had to clean the tub and remove plastic before she could use it. Majority of the outlets barely worked. Breakfast was running out by 8:45-9am when it goes until 10 am. Thr tpilet in one of thr pool bathrooms was not even sturdy My daughter was on it and screamed because she said she almost fell over on it. How a toilet can tip over is beyond me. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. The staff were friendly but unfortunately you can tell the owner is putting no effort in to taking care and repairing their hotel. I have requested a refund and was told to contact expedia. The manager is aware and said they will be accommodating. I am also aware that this is a cheap hotel but there were other hotels at the same price point and much better quality. I stayed here because I have stayed at other travelodges and they were such a wonderful experience and I was expecting the same here.

I liked the price when I booked online but the pics online DO NOT match the actual hotel. The whole place stunk terribly. My room was so dirty (bloody fingerprint on the wall, dirty footmarks on the wall, hair all over the tub, etc etc)
