Its a good place for a cheap stay, Almost zero water pressure on the top floor. My room was "non smoking" but there were cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. I would stay again next time i am in edmonton but i will choose a low floor

Very poor

Hotel way too old and needs major renovation. Room just clean enough to stay in but furnitue was on last legs. Mirrors not cleaned, tv work but channels were not as guide. All in all would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Busy place, basic hotel, a bit noisy with the air exchange unit outside of my room. The no smoking area, entering the hotel, was the smoking area. Very annoying having to walk though people smoking right beside signs stating the contrary

We were disappointed. Showed up, staff were all friendly but it's 8-12 minutes from West Ed, the "waterpark" had a tiny pool, hottub, and waterslide. The waterslide was closed, the jets in the hottub didn't work, and the breakfast was
