The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. Though we had a hot water heater in a closet in our room that made a lot of noise and the beds definitely need to be replace. They were very hard and left us sore in the morning. Location is great and within walking distance of most things in Egg Harbor. Honestly it’s a great place just needs some updating and new, more comfortable beds.

The room was very clean. Main issue—no closet or area for clothes in the loft/bedroom. Large cupboard and drawers were in bathroom so I felt like we were spending all our time in there—dressing, washing, bathing, etc. Stairs to loft were steeper and twisted so felt dangerous at corner spot.

Was surface clean, but the entire property smelled mildewy. Our room had a dehumidifier in the middle of the room which ran every 5 minutes the entire time. Loud. Old carpeting. Hallways stunk. Pillows were ridiculously tall, better to sleep without.Bring your own toiletries, they offer very little.Coffee bar had only creamer, no 1/2&1/2. Bedroom very tiny, no nightstand, barely enough room to turn around. Outdated room. Close to shopping and harbor. Grounds and balcony were nice. With so many hotels in D.C, would not stay again.

We ran into an issue with accessibility. We had a room that was available from the parking lot by going through the pool entrance. It worked really well for us when we checked in and had to bring our luggage into the facilities...same level, good answer for 2 women in our 60's, so we didn't have to carry heavy suitcases through the lobby and lift them upstairs and then down a long hallway. Unfortunately, the pool entrance was locked when we needed to take our luggage out to our car when we were checking out at 7 am the day we left. That is not an unusual hour to be checking out, and we were severely inconvenienced by not being able to access the same entrance/exit that we had used all week. No one was at the facility to help us, so we were forced to make several trips to take all of our bags down a long hallway and then down stairs, out the main entrance and up a ramp to our car. The lack of convenient access cost us an extra 30 minutes we had not planned for in our exit, as well as putting us in a precarious, potentially harmful position of carrying bags down stairs (which has previously resulted in a devastating injury for one of us on a different trip). The accessible entrance for the second floor of the facility really needs to be open for more reasonable hours for this reason.

Good one night stay option!

Last minute trip to Door County. We like Egg Harbor, so The Landing worked out great. Conveniently located, friendly staff, nice accommodations. Sleeper sofa wasn't the most comfortable, but not a deal breaker. Would stay again for sure.
